About The Clareity Lab
The Clareity Lab is a science-backed nutrition and wellness platform dedicated to helping women in their 40s and 50s navigate perimenopause and midlife with confidence. We simplify the often overwhelming world of hormones, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, helping women regain their energy, strength and sense of self through practical, sustainable habits — not fad diets or unrealistic expectations.
We believe that good health doesn't come from perfection. It comes from understanding your body, making informed choices and taking small, consistent steps that fit into real life. Whether you're struggling with low energy, stubborn weight gain, poor sleep, cravings or simply no longer feeling like yourself, our goal is to help you cut through the confusion and focus on what truly makes a difference.
Meet Clare
Hi! I'm Clare.
I've always loved understanding how things work. As I entered my 40s, I found myself asking why so many women who were eating reasonably well and trying to stay active suddenly found themselves feeling tired, gaining weight more easily, sleeping poorly and wondering where the old version of themselves had gone.
The more I learned, the more I realised that much of the advice women receive simply isn't designed for this stage of life.
That curiosity led me deep into the science of nutrition, hormones, metabolism and behaviour change. I wanted to understand not just what to do, but why it works — how to turn complex science into practical advice that busy women can actually use.
Before founding The Clareity Lab, I spent nearly two decades working in the investment industry in roles spanning risk management, economics and investor relations. Those years taught me how to evaluate evidence, navigate complexity and communicate difficult ideas clearly — skills that I now bring to helping women make sense of the often confusing world of health and nutrition.
Along the way, I completed formal training in nutrition coaching and nutrition science, obtaining certifications from Precision Nutrition, Stanford Center for Health Education and Harvard Medical School. But more than any qualification, what drives me is a genuine desire to help women understand what's happening inside their bodies and feel empowered to make lasting changes.
I believe every woman deserves clear, evidence-based guidance that is practical, realistic and free from hype. You don't need to overhaul your life overnight. Often, it's the small, consistent changes that have the greatest impact.
If I can help you understand your body a little better, feel a little stronger, and become a little more confident in the choices you make each day, then The Clareity Lab has done exactly what it was created to do.
